My computer died.  Wouldn't turn on.  Right in the middle of my busy season.  I debated rushing out to get a new one, but mine is only 3 years old.  Decided to search around for a possible repair.  I found ASAP's website and was impressed with the layout.  I showed up at 8:30AM, explained my problem, left the computer and returned at noon to pick up my now working computer (bad power supply).  Maybe I got lucky, but I can't say enough good things about ASAP.  They listened, they didn't talk down to me, they were straight forward in explaining the possible problem and how long it would take.  I felt the cost for the repair was very reasonable.  Very professional and friendly people.  Even though I was offered coffee, I had to turn it down, Gotta have my triple shot foo-foo latte!

My home computer recently became sluggish and unpredictable, almost to the point of being unusable.  I took it to ASAP Computer Consulting to be checked.  The service technician quickly diagnosed the trouble, removed serveral Trojans and Viruses and cleaned up the corrupted E-Mail program.  My computer was available to go that same afternoon.  I am very pleased with the timely repair and the fee was reasonable.
